Lead Product Designer (m/f/d) – UX Strategy & B2B SaaS

München, Berlin
Full-time
Permanent employee

Who we are

PROBIS is a fast-growing PropTech startup based in Munich. With our cloud-based platform, we are redefining financial controlling for real estate projects worldwide — from high-rises in New York to mega-projects in Saudi Arabia. Our software is technically sophisticated and highly complex in terms of content, but it should still be simple and intuitive for our users.

Now, in one of the most exciting phases of our growth, we are looking for you as our Lead Product Designer (m/f/d) – UX Strategy & B2B SaaS.

Your mission

We are at a point where UX is becoming a decisive lever for our success. Workflows, information architecture, and a consistent design system need to become so strong that users can reach their goals faster, more confidently, and with less onboarding effort.

As Lead Product Designer, you will shape the UX vision, set standards, and introduce product-driven discovery processes.

What you will do

Product Discovery & Usability

  • Facilitate discovery together with Product Management and Engineering, including interviews, user testing, mapping, and prototyping

  • Translate complex domain logic into clear user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns

  • Validate solutions through prototypes, testing, and metrics such as time-to-value

System & Standards

  • Maintain and further develop the design system, including components, guidelines, accessibility, and patterns

  • Define, document, and embed UX principles and UI strategy across teams

Delivery with Engineering

  • Work closely with Frontend and Product Owners on specifications, edge cases, and design QA

  • Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Your profile

  • 5+ years of UX/UI experience for complex B2B web applications, such as SaaS, data products, admin UIs, or enterprise software

  • Strong skills in information architecture, systems thinking, and interaction design

  • Ability to facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and drive decisions

  • Outcome-driven mindset with the ability to measurably improve usability

  • Experience with Figma or similar tools — tools are a means to an end, not the goal

  • Very good English and German skills

Why us?

  • High ownership: you will actively help define UX vision, standards, and priorities

  • Direct access to Product, Engineering, and the management team, with short decision-making paths

  • Remote/hybrid setup, flexible working hours, and modern tools

  • An international product with a clear and challenging domain

Sounds like your next challange?

We look forward to receiving your application.
