As Lead Product Designer, you will shape the UX vision, set standards, and introduce product-driven discovery processes.
What you will do
Product Discovery & Usability
Facilitate discovery together with Product Management and Engineering, including interviews, user testing, mapping, and prototyping
Translate complex domain logic into clear user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns
Validate solutions through prototypes, testing, and metrics such as time-to-value
System & Standards
Maintain and further develop the design system, including components, guidelines, accessibility, and patterns
Define, document, and embed UX principles and UI strategy across teams
Delivery with Engineering
Work closely with Frontend and Product Owners on specifications, edge cases, and design QA
Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
